Inner Rear View Mirror Power Source Circuit: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BATTERY - INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Disconnect the U7 inner rear view mirror assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      U7-1 (IG) - U7-2 (E) Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      Power switch off Below 1 V

    NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK → See step   2 

  2. PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
