DTC B2311: Power Window Motor Malfunction: Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (POWER WINDOW)
- Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that each door window regulator operates. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST
.WARNING:
Be careful to avoid injuries as this test causes vehicle parts to move. During the Active Test, the jam protection function does not operate.

- Initialize the power window regulator motor. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
- Check that each power window operates normally by opening and closing each window. Refer to OPERATION CHECK

When the power window components are installed correctly, the problem has been caused by battery disconnection while the ignition switch is ON or the motor being overheated.
