DTC P0604: Internal Control Module Random Access Memory (RAM) Error (TO 12/2010): Procedure
- CHECK OTHER DTC OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P0604)
- Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait for 1 minute.
- Connect the negative battery terminal.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Wait 16 seconds or more.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
- Read the DTCs.

- REPLACE ECM. Refer to REMOVAL
