Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the H8 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      H8-11 (B) - H8-12 (E) W - W-B Power supply Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
      H8-12 (E) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the H8 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Approximately 43 seconds after ignition switch turned off Below 1 V
      H8-20 (UP) - H8-12 (E) V - W-B Power window motor UP output Ignition switch ON, multiplex network master switch assembly off 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch ON, multiplex network master switch assembly UP (Manual operation) Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, the multiplex network master switch assembly may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disconnect the G7 front power window regulator switch assembly RH connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      G7-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the G7 front power window regulator switch assembly RH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the front power window regulator switch assembly RH may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the J1 rear power window regulator switch assembly LH connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      J1-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the J1 rear power window regulator switch assembly LH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator switch assembly LH may have a malfunction.

  4. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disconnect the I1 rear power window regulator switch assembly RH connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the I1 rear power window regulator switch assembly RH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator switch assembly RH may have a malfunction.

  5. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the H1 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the H1 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the front power window regulator motor assembly LH may have a malfunction.

  6. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disconnect the G1 front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the G1 front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  7. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the J7 rear power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  8. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disconnect the I7 rear power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the I7 rear power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator motor assembly RH may have a malfunction.

  9. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU AND INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the main body ECU.
    2. Disconnect the D14 main body ECU connector.
    3. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    4. Reinstall the main body ECU.
    5. Reconnect the D14 main body ECU connector.
    6. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
