Front Passenger Side Power Window does not Operate with Front Passenger Side Power Window Switch: Procedure
- CHECK FOR DTC (B2312)
- Check if DTC B2312 is output. Refer to DTC B2312: Power Window Switch Malfunction .
OK
DTC B2312 is not output.
NG → See step 8
OK: Go to next step
- Check if DTC B2312 is output. Refer to DTC B2312: Power Window Switch Malfunction .
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH)
- Use the Data List to check if the front power window regulator motor is functioning properly. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST
.P-DOOR MOTOR

- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (POWER WINDOW)
- Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that power window regulator motor operates. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST
.P-DOOR MOTOR

- INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Remove the power window regulator switch. Refer to INSPECTION .
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the g1 power window regulator switch connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the g1 power window regulator switch connector.
- Disconnect the H2 power window regulator motor connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the H2 power window regulator motor connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU). Refer to REMOVAL
