Engine Switch Indicator Circuit: Procedure
- INSPECT ENGINE SWITCH
- Disconnect the D21 switch connector.
- Connect the positive (+) lead to terminal "A" and the negative (-) lead to terminal "B" of the engine switch.
- Check if the illumination for the engine switch comes on.
OK

NG → REPLACE ENGINE SWITCH
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (ENGINE SWITCH - POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the D44 ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK → REPLACE POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU
