Customize Parameters

The following items can be customized.
NOTE:
- After confirming whether the items requested by the customer are applicable or not for customization, perform customizing operations.
- Be sure to record the current settings before customization.
- When troubleshooting, make sure that the item in question is not set to "OFF" as a result of customization (Example: If the wireless function does not operate, first check that the wireless function is not set to "OFF", then perform troubleshooting).
- CUSTOMIZE
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menu:
Customize Setting
- Select the setting by referring to the table below.
WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEMDisplay (item) Default Function Setting Wireless Control ON Function that turns wireless door lock function ON/OFF ON/OFF Hazard Answer Back ON - When the doors are locked by wireless operation, the hazard warning lights flash once.
- When the doors are unlocked by wireless operation, the hazard warning lights flash twice.
ON/OFF Wireless Auto Lock ON This function turns the wireless auto lock function on or off. ON / OFF Wireless Buzzer Resp ON Wireless door lock buzzer response / ON or OFF ON/OFF Open Door Warning ON The buzzer sounds when LOCK is pressed when any of the doors are ajar. ON/OFF Unlock 2 Operation ON Function that unlocks driver side door when unlock switch on transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all doors when pressed twice. If setting is OFF, pressing unlock switch once makes all doors unlock. ON/OFF Panic Function ON Function to operate theft deterrent system by continuously pressing panic switch on transmitter for 0.8 seconds ON/OFF Trunk Lid Operation Long1 This function changes operation method of transmitter to open luggage compartment door. - 1tim ON: Push once
- 2tim ON: Push twice
- Long1: Push and hold for 0.6 seconds
- Long2: Push and hold for 1.6 seconds
- Prohibit: Does not operate
1tim ON/2tim ON/Long1/Long2/Prohibit Auto Lock Time 60 s This function regulates the interval between unlocking and automatic relocking of doors. 30 s/60 s/120 s
