Heater Control Panel Power Source Circuit: Procedure

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (IG+ - BODY GROUND)

Disconnect the connector from the A/C control assembly.

Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
E16-5 (IG+) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	11 to 14 V
E16-5 (IG+) - Body ground	Ignition switch off	Below 1 V

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK: Go to next step

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (GND - BODY GROUND)

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
E16-2 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
