Washer Level Warning Switch: Inspection: Inspection

- INSPECT LEVEL WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Remove the washer jar.
- Disconnect the level warning switch connector.
HINT:
The check should be performed with the level warning switch assembly installed to the washer jar.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 (SLR1) - 2 (E) Washer jar is full 10 kΩ or higher 1 (SLR1) - 2 (E) Washer jar is empty Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the level warning switch assembly.
