Yaw Rate And Acceleration Sensor: Removal: Removal

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
WARNING:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY
HINT:

Refer to the instructions for Removal of the front seat assembly (w/o Seatback Board). Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6 .
REMOVE YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR
1. Remove the 2 bolts and yaw rate and acceleration sensor bracket.

2. Disconnect the connector and clamp from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor.

  NOTE:
  Do not remove the installation nuts.
