Solar Sensor: Inspection: Inspection

- INSPECT SOLAR SENSOR
- Disconnect the connector from the solar sensor.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Solar sensor covered with a cloth. ∞ Ω 1 - 2 Solar sensor exposed to electric light. Except ∞ Ω HINT:
Use an incandescent light for inspection. Bring it within about 30 cm (11.8 in.) of the solar sensor.
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the solar sensor.
