Section 190 (Air Conditioning System (Service Information)): Condenser: Reassembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER 
    1. Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.

    2. Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the cap fitting surface.

      Compressor oil

      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

    3. Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, install a new cap to the cooler condenser core.

      Torque: 2.9 N*m (30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf) 

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER CUSHION 
    1. Install the 4 No. 1 cooler condenser cushions.
