Charging Stops during Plug-in Charging: Procedure
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HEALTH CHECK)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Health Check.
- Check DTCs.
Result
Result Proceed to No DTCs are output. A DTCs are output. B - Turn the power switch off.

- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (CHARGE CANCEL HISTORY)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Plug-in Control / Utility / Charge Cancel History.
- Check for Charge Cancel History.

- Perform cause analysis in the order of "Vehicle", "Environment" and "User" categories as specified in the following tables.VEHICLE

Interview customer and provide instruction on usage. The charging cable was disconnected. - Interview customer and provide instruction on usage.
- When the charging cable is disconnected properly, the plugin charge control ECU assembly does not store any "Charge Cancel History". However, "CHARGE STOPPED DUE TO CHARGE CONNECTOR OPERATION" is displayed on the multi-information display when the next time the power switch is turned on (IG).
- Take appropriate action in accordance with the result of the cause analysis.
