      VEHICLE

Discharged auxiliary battery Turn the power switch on (READY) and leave the vehicle for 15 min (to charge the auxiliary battery).
Explain to the customer that the auxiliary battery will discharge when the vehicle is left without being started for a long time.
Accuracy of charging time remaining display Explain to the customer that the charging time remaining display is just a reference and there may be a discrepancy due to environment, such as ambient temperature during plug-in charging.
A full charge is given priority over the scheduled charging finish time. Therefore, the plug-in charging may continue.
      ENVIRONMENT

Possible Cause Action to be Taken
Accuracy of the set charging time of the charging station
      • Interview customer and provide instruction on usage.
      • Explain to the customer that the set charging time of the charging station is just a reference and there may be some discrepancies.
The AC voltage of the charging station drops or power supplied to the vehicle drops due to the charging station operation. Check the charging station
Plug-in charging was suspended due to power outage. Explain to the customer that plug-in charging will be suspended when a power outage occurs and it will be resumed when the power returns to normal.
The charge control power drops due to high/low temperature. Explain to the customer that it may take longer for plug-in charging if the ambient temperature is high/low.
      USER

Possible Cause Action to be Taken
Setting of the charging timer function is not correct. (Unreasonable time is set for the ending time.) Interview customer and provide instruction on usage.
