DTC B2036: Power Supply Relay Malfunction Open: Procedure
- INSPECT SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (+B TERMINAL VOLTAGE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
WARNING:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- Disconnect the seat belt control ECU connector.
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage

(to Seat Belt Control ECU) - Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Reconnect seat belt control ECU connector.
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (+B CIRCUIT)
OK → See step 2
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU. Refer to REMOVAL
