Plug-In Charge Control Ecu: Installation: Installation

  1. INSTALL PLUGIN CHARGE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY 
    WARNING:

    Wear insulated gloves.

    1. Install the plugin charge control ECU assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.
  2. INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY HOSE ASSEMBLY  See step  14
  3. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)  See step  1
  4. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)  See step  2
  5. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 21
  6. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 22
  7. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the RH side. Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 54 .

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 27
  9. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 56
  10. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP 

    Refer to INSTALLATION
