- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL Auto Leveling / Data List.
- Read the display on the Techstream.HL AUTO LEVELING

- INSPECT REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Remove the rear height control sensor sub-assembly. Refer to REMOVAL .
- Inspect the rear height control sensor sub-assembly. Refer to INSPECTION

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY - REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the A96 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.
- Disconnect the S23 rear height control sensor sub-assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- REPLACE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL
- REPLACE HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL
- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING
