DTC C1A40: ENG / EHV Device: Description

When the driving support ECU receives a hybrid control system or engine control system malfunctioning signal from the power management control ECU via the CAN communication system, DTC C1A40 is stored.

When DTC C1A40 is detected, the hybrid control system or engine control system DTC will also be detected.

C1A40 While the power switch is on (IG), a hybrid control system or engine control system malfunction signal is detected for 1 second.
