Seat Belt Control Ecu: Removal: Removal
- PRECAUTION NOTE:
After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work. Refer to PRECAUTION .
- REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 1
- REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2
- REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 3
- REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
- REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 5
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
- REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 5
- REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
- REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 10
- REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
- Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt control ECU.
