Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the h1 multiplex network master switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      h1-11 (B) - h1-12 (GND) G - W-B Power supply Always 11 to 14 V
      h1-12 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the h1 multiplex network master switch connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      h1-15 (DOWN) - h1-12 (GND) B - W-B Power window motor down input Ignition switch ON, driver side power window regulator switch off 11 to 14 V

      h1-18 (LED) - h1-12 (GND) V - W-B LED illumination signal Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
      h1-18 (LED) - h1-12 (GND) V - W-B LED illumination signal Approximately 43 seconds after ignition switch turned off Below 1 V
      h1-20 (UP) - h1-12 (GND) L - W-B Power window motor up input Ignition switch ON, driver side power window switch off 11 to 14 V
      h1-20 (UP) - h1-12 (GND) L - W-B Power window motor up input Ignition switch ON, driver side power window switch up (Manual operation) Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, the multiplex network master switch may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the g1 power window regulator switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      g1-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the g1 power window regulator switch connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      g1-4 (LED) - g1-1 (GND) V - W-B LED illumination signal Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
      g1-4 (LED) - g1-1 (GND) V - W-B LED illumination signal Approximately 43 seconds after the ignition switch is turned off Below 1 V
      g1-7 (DOWN) - g1-1 (GND) B - W-B Power window motor down input Ignition switch ON, power window regulator switch off 11 to 14 V
      g1-7 (DOWN) - g1-1 (GND) B - W-B Power window motor down input Ignition switch ON, power window regulator switch down Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the j1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      j1-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the j1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      j1-6 (UP) - j1-1 (GND) L - W-B Power window motor up input Ignition switch ON, power window regulator switch off 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.

  4. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Disconnect the i1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      i1-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the i1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.

  5. CHECK BACK DOOR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the f1 back door power window regulator switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      f1-1 (E) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the f1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.

  6. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the I2 power window regulator motor connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      I2-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      I2-2 (B) - Body ground R - Body ground Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the I2 power window regulator motor connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  7. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Disconnect the H2 power window regulator motor connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the H2 power window regulator motor connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  8. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the K2 rear power window regulator motor connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      K2-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Reconnect the K2 rear power window regulator motor connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Disconnect the J2 rear window regulator motor connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    1. Disconnect the W9 back door power window regulator motor connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      W9-1 (GND) - Body ground LG - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Reconnect the W9 back door power window regulator motor connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Remove the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU). Refer to REMOVAL .
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    3. Install the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  12. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU (BACK DOOR P/W)

    1. Disconnect the V2 and W10 multiplex network door ECU (back door P/W) connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
