Blower Unit: Disassembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and recirculation damper servo sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE 
    1. Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the air filter case as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER 
    1. Remove the clean air filter as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

      NOTE:

      Do not remove the blower with fan motor sub-assembly if it has been damaged or impacted.
