How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

HINT: 

Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the rear view monitor system.

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 

   NEXT: Go to next step 

2. INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE 
   1. Measure the auxiliary battery voltage with the power switch off.

      Standard Voltage

      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery before proceeding to the next step.

      NEXT: Go to next step 

3. PROBLEM SYMPTOM CONFIRMATION

4. SYMPTOM SIMULATION

5. CHECK IF SAME SYMPTOM APPEARS IN NAVIGATION SYSTEM OR AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM 
   1. Refer to the navigation system (for Radio and Display Type). Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .
   2. Refer to the navigation system (for Navigation Receiver Type). Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .
   3. Refer to the audio and visual system. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .
