Customize Parameters

  1. CUSTOMIZING FUNCTION WITH TECHSTREAM 

    HINT: 

    The following items can be customized.

    NOTE:
    • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
    • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
    • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
    AIR CONDITIONER

    Display (Item) Default Content Setting
    Set Temperature Shift Normal Function to control the shifted temperature against the displayed temperature. -2C, -1C, Normal, +1C, +2C
    Compressor Mode Automatic Function to automatically turn the A/C on by pressing the AUTO button when blower is on and the A/C is off. Automatic or Manual
    Air inlet Mode*2 Automatic In case of turning the A/C ON to cool the cabin down quickly, this is the function to change the mode automatically to RECIRCULATION mode Automatic or Manual
    Foot/DEF Auto Mode ON Function to automatically turn the airflow from FOOT/DEF on when AUTO mode is on. ON or OFF
    Foot/DEF Automatic Blow Up Function ON Function to automatically increase the blower level when the defroster is on. ON or OFF
    Ambient Temperature Shift Normal Function to control the shifted ambient temperature in relation to the displayed ambient temperature. -3C, -2C, -1C, Normal, +1C, +2C, +3C
    ECO MODE Cancel OFF Function to cancel the ECO drive mode when item is on. OFF or ON
    Noise and Vibration Reduction OFF Function to change speed of the compressor when item is on. OFF or ON
    Start Pre A/C*1 Long1 Function to set the activation operation method for the remote air conditioning system using the key (electrical transmitter). 1 tim ON, 2 tim ON, Long1 or Long2
    Stop Pre A/C*1 2 tim ON Function to set the stop operation method for the remote air conditioning system using the key (electrical transmitter). 1 tim ON, 2 tim ON, Long1 or Long2
    • *1: w/ Remote Air Conditioning System
    • *2: for Korea and Mexico
  2. CUSTOMIZING FUNCTION WITH MULTI-DISPLAY 

    HINT: 

    The items in the table below can be customized.

    NOTE:

    • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
    1. Customizing with the multi-display (w/ Navigation System (for Navigation Receiver Type)
      1. Turn the power switch on (IG).
      2. Enter the following menus: SETUP / Vehicle / Vehicle Settings / Climate Settings.
      3. Select the setting by referring to the table below.
        Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU
        Auto A/C Mode On Function to automatically turn the A/C on by pressing the AUTO button when blower is on and the A/C is off On or Off Air conditioning amplifier assembly
        Efficient Ventilation Mode*1 On In case of turning the A/C ON to cool the cabin down quickly, this is the function to change the mode automatically to RECIRCULATION mode On or Off Air conditioning amplifier assembly
