Calibration [12/2012 - ]
- DESCRIPTION
- When the 4WD ECU assembly is replaced with a normal one from another vehicle or the acceleration sensor (airbag sensor assembly) is replaced, perform calibration.
- Follow the chart to perform calibration.
Part Replaced Necessary Operation 4WD ECU assembly (When replaced with a normal one from another vehicle) When using Techstream:
Clear zero point calibration data
When using SST check wire:
Perform vehicle stability control system calibration

When the 4WD ECU assembly is replaced with a new one, calibration is unnecessary.
- PERFORM CALIBRATION (When Using Techstream)
- Clear the zero point calibration data.
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Chassis / Four Wheel Drive / Utility / Reset Memory.
Chassis > Four Wheel Drive > Utility
Tester Display Reset Memory - Operate the Techstream to clear the data.
- Clear the zero point calibration data.
- PERFORM CALIBRATION (When Using SST Check Wire)
- Calibrate the 4WD ECU assembly by performing vehicle stability control system calibration.
