Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Disconnect the D25 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with connector disconnected.

      Tester Connection Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      D25-1 (+B) - Body ground G - Body ground +B power supply Always 11 to 14 V
      D25-15 (E) - Body ground B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      D25-17 (CUTB) - Body ground L - Body ground Dark current cut fuse pin input signal Always 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the D25 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.
    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • Engine switch off
      • All door closed

      • All doors locked by wireless lock function

      • All door closed
      • Key not in cabin
      No pulse generation

      If the result is not as specified, the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Disconnect the 2C and 2F main body ECU (driver side junction block assembly) connectors.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      2C-24 (BECU) - Body ground L - Body ground Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V
      2C-30 (ALTB) - Body ground BR - Body ground Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the 2C and 2F main body ECU (driver side junction block assembly) connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (driver side junction block assembly) may have a malfunction.
