INTEGRATION RELAY (for Hatchback): Inspection: Inspection

  1. INSPECT NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY 
    1. Check the EFI MAIN relay.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1C-1 - 1E-4 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1E-10 and 1D-7 10 kΩ or higher
        Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1E-10 and 1D-7 Below 1 Ω
        TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

        *a Component without harness connected
        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the EFI MAIN relay.

    2. Check the C/OPN relay.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1E-4 - 1E-5 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1E-11 and 1D-9 10 kΩ or higher
        Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1E-11 and 1D-9 Below 1 Ω
        TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

        *a Component without harness connected
        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the C/OPN relay.

    3. Check the IG2 relay.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1C-1 - 1D-9 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1E-10 and 1D-17 10 kΩ or higher
        Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1E-10 and 1D-17 Below 1 Ω
        TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

        *a Component without harness connected
        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the IG2 relay.

    4. Check the HORN relay.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1C-1 - 1E-7 Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1C-1 and 1D-18 10 kΩ or higher
        Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1C-1 and 1D-18 Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the HORN relay.
