DTC P2118: Throttle Actuator Control Motor Current Range / Performance [08/2013 - ]: Procedure
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (+BM VOLTAGE)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / +BM voltage.
- Read the value displayed on the Techstream.
Standard voltage
11 to 14 V

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ECM - BATTERY, BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition B49-23 (+BM) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance (Check for Open)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition B50-10 (ME01) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω B49-12 (E1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*1 Rear view of wire harness connector

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
