Driver Side Power Window does not Operate with Power Window Master Switch [12/2012 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the power window regulator master switch assembly connector.

   *a	Front view of wire harness connector (to Power Window Regulator Master Switch Assembly)

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   J5-1 (E) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   J5-6 (B) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	11 to 14 V
   	Ignition switch off	Below 1 V

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result:  2

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result:  1

OK

1. Remove the power window regulator master switch assembly.

   Refer to REMOVAL [12/2012 - ]

2. Inspect the power window regulator master switch assembly.

   Refer to INSPECTION [12/2012 - ]

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

NG 

REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2012 - ] 

Result:  1

OK

1. Disconnect the J5 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the J2 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   J5-3 (U) - J2-2 (U)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   J5-4 (D) - J2-1 (D)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   J5-3 (U) or J2-2 (U) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   J5-4 (D) or J2-1 (D) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

OK 

REPLACE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2012 - 10/2015]  Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2015 - ]
