Data Signal Circuit between Navigation Receiver Assembly and Stereo Jack Adapter [08/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the G40 navigation receiver assembly connector.

2. Disconnect the G39 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G40-2 (US1-) - G39-2 (UDO-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G40-3 (US1+) - G39-3 (UDO+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G40-5 (USG1) - G39-5 (UJSS)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G40-2 (US1-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   G40-3 (US1+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   G40-5 (USG1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
