DTC C1A22: Object Recognition Camera Incorrect Axial Gap; DTC C1A23: Object Recognition Camera Initialization Incomplete [08/2014 - ]: Procedure
- ADJUST LANE RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR ASSEMBLY
- Adjust the lane recognition camera sensor assembly. Refer to ADJUSTMENT [08/2014 - ] .
NEXT: Go to next step
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2014 - ] .
- Perform the following to make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.
HINT:
If the detection conditions are not met, the malfunction cannot be detected.
- Drive the vehicle at a speed for which cruise control operation is possible.
- Turn the cruise control main switch on.
- Push the -SET switch to activate the cruise control.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise / Trouble Codes.
- Read the DTCs.

- REPLACE LANE RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR ASSEMBLY
- Replace the lane recognition camera sensor assembly. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2014 - ] .
- Adjust the lane recognition camera sensor assembly. Refer to ADJUSTMENT [08/2014 - ] .
