Sound Signal Circuit between Navigation Receiver Assembly and Stereo Component Amplifier [08/2014 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the D57 navigation receiver assembly connector.
- Disconnect the L5 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the chart below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition L5-5 (R+) - D57-1 (FR+) Always Below 1 Ω L5-4 (R-) - D57-5 (FR-) Always Below 1 Ω L5-3 (L+) - D57-2 (FL+) Always Below 1 Ω L5-2 (L-) - D57-6 (FL-) Always Below 1 Ω L5-6 (SLD) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher L5-5 (R+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher L5-4 (R-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher L5-3 (L+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher L5-2 (L-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
