The combination meter assembly communicates with each ECU via CAN communication.

DTC Code. Detection Item DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
U0100 Lost Communication With ECM/PCM "A" Missing Message IG voltage is 9.5 V or higher and the following condition is met:
  1. No communication with the ECM continues for 2 seconds or more.
  • ECM

U0129 Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module Missing Message IG voltage is 9.5 V or higher and the following condition is met:
  1. No communication with the skid control ECU continues for 3 seconds or more.
  • Skid control ECU (Master cylinder solenoid)*1
  • Skid control ECU (Brake actuator assembly)*2
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly
U0131 Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module Missing Message IG voltage is 9.5 V or higher and the following condition is met:
  1. No communication with the power steering ECU continues for 3 seconds or more.
  • Power steering ECU assembly
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly
U0140 Lost Communication with Body Control Module Missing Message IG voltage is 9.5 V or higher and the following condition is met:
  1. No communication with main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) continues for 3 seconds or more.

  • Combination meter assembly
U0151 Lost Communication with Restraints Control Module Missing Message IG voltage is 9.5 V or higher and the following condition is met:
  1. No communication with the center airbag sensor assembly continues for 10 seconds or more.

  • Combination meter assembly
U0163 Lost Communication with Navigation Control Module Missing Message IG voltage is 9.5 V or higher and the following condition is met:
  1. No communication with radio and display receiver assembly continues for 3 seconds or more

U023A Lost Communication with Front Camera Module Missing Message IG voltage is 9.5 V or higher and the following condition is met:
  1. No communication with forward recognition camera continues for 10 seconds or more.
