How To Proceed With Troubleshooting [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

  2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 

    Standard Voltage

    11 to 14 V

    If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

  3. CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally (Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2019 - 08/2021] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2021 - 08/2022] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2022 - ] ).

      CAN DTC is not output A
      CAN DTC is output B

  4. CHECK DTC OUTPUT* 
    1. Check for DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - ] ).
    2. Clear the DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - ] ).
    3. Recheck for DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - ] ).
