Precaution [06/2016 - 03/2017]

NOTE:

After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Refer to PRECAUTION [06/2016 - ] ).

  1. PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING TECHSTREAM 
    1. When using the Techstream to troubleshoot with the ignition switch off:

      Connect the Techstream to the DLC3, and turn the courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5-second intervals until communication between the Techstream and vehicle begins.

    2. After all DTCs are cleared, check if the trouble occurs again 6 seconds after the ignition switch to ON.
