Transmission Control Switch Circuit [06/2016 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the D28 transmission control switch connector.
2. Perform inspection of the transmission control switch (Refer to INSPECTION [06/2016 - ] ).

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SWITCH 

(Refer to REMOVAL [06/2016 - ] )

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the A19 TCM connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Shift Position	Specified Condition
   A19-1(SFTD) - Body ground	Press continuously "-" (Down shift)	Below 1 Ω
   	M	10 kΩ or higher
   A19-2(SFTU) - Body ground	Press continuously "+" (Up shift)	Below 1 Ω
   	M	10 kΩ or higher

3. Connect the A19 TCM connector.

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Replace the TCM (Refer to REMOVAL [06/2016 - ] ).

Result: 

NEXT 

PERFORM THE RESET MEMORY
