Removal [06/2016 - 03/2017]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL ORNAMENT (w/ Large Ornament Panel) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Large Ornament Panel) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  4. REMOVE METER HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  5. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL METER ORNAMENT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  7. REMOVE LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER 
    1. While turning the steering wheel assembly to the right and left, remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the lower steering column cover.

  8. REMOVE UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the upper steering column cover.

  9. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect each connector.
    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the windshield wiper switch assembly, as shown in the illustration.
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *1 Protective Tape
      NOTE:

      Do not press the claw too hard, as it may get damaged.

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
