Removal [06/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. REMOVE THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the throttle with motor body assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses from the throttle with motor body assembly.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and the throttle with motor body assembly from the intake manifold.

    4. Remove the gasket from the intake manifold.
