- CUSTOMIZE WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM
- Customizing with the TechstreamNOTE:
- When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
- Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
- When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
HINT:
The following items can be customized.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Utility / Customize / Wireless Door Lock or Others.
- Select the setting by referring to the table below.WIRELESS DOOR LOCK
Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU Wireless Control ON Function that turns wireless door lock function / OFF or ON OFF or ON Main body ECU (network gateway ECU) Wireless Buzzer Response ON Wireless door lock buzzer response OFF or ON Hazard Answer Back ON When wireless lock switch on transmitter pressed, illuminate all hazard warning lights once. When unlock switch pressed, all hazard warning lights illuminate twice OFF or ON Open Door Warning ON The buzzer sounds when lock is pressed when any of the doors are ajar. OFF or ON Unlock 2 Operation ON Function that unlocks driver door when unlock switch on door control transmitter module set sub-assembly is pressed once, and unlocks all doors when pressed twice. If setting is OFF, pressing unlock switch once makes all doors unlock. OFF or ON Panic Function ON Function to operate theft deterrent system by continuously pressing panic switch on electrical key transmitter sub-assembly for 1.5 seconds OFF or ON Wireless Auto Lock ON This function turns the wireless auto lock function on or off. OFF or ON Auto Lock Time 60 s This function controls amount of time from unlocking doors to automatic re-locking function. 30 s, 60 s or 120 s Trunk Lid Operation Long1 Function to change the operation method of opening the luggage compartment door by the electrical key transmitter sub-assembly. 1tim ON, 2tim ON, Long1 or Long2 Wireless Buzzer Vol Level 5 Wireless door lock buzzer volume Level 7, Level 6, Level 5, Level 4, Level 3, Level 2, Level 1 or Level 0 OTHERSDisplay Default Content Setting Relevant ECU Detection of Vehicle OFF This function turns the detection of vehicle function OFF or ON.
