Customize Parameters [06/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. CUSTOMIZE LIGHTING SYSTEM (EXT) 

    HINT: 

    The following items can be customized.

    NOTE:
    • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
    • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
    • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
    1. Customizing with the Techstream
      1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
      2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
      3. Turn the Techstream on.
      4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Utility / Customize / Light Control.
      5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.
        LIGHT CONTROL

        Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU
        Light Auto OFF Delay 30 s Keeps the headlights on for a certain period of time after turning the ignition switch OFF and closing all doors with the low beam headlights on. OFF, 30 s, 60 s or 90 s Main Body ECU (Network Gateway ECU)

        HINT: 

        Items for which there are no settings do not appear on the Techstream, or do not operate.
