Power Windows do not Operate Using All Window Switch [12/2013 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the I6 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   I6-3 (B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   I6-13 (PWS) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	11 to 14 V

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   I6-1 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result:  2

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result:  1

OK

1. Replace the power window regulator master switch assembly.

   Refer to REMOVAL [12/2013 - ]

NEXT 

1. Check the operation of the power windows by using the power window regulator master switch assembly, power window regulator switch assembly and rear power window regulator switch assemblies (for LH door or RH door).

   Refer to OPERATION CHECK [12/2013 - ]

   OK

   All power windows operate normally.

   Result

   Proceed to

1. Replace the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

1. Check the operation of the power windows by using the power window regulator master switch assembly, power window regulator switch assembly and rear power window regulator switch assemblies (for LH door or RH door).

   Refer to OPERATION CHECK [12/2013 - ]

   OK

   All power windows operate normally.
