- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (MOMENTARY INTERRUPTION)
- Using the Techstream, check for any momentary interruptions in the wire harness and connector corresponding to a DTC.

- Turn the power switch off.
- CHECK FRONT SPEED SENSOR AND SENSOR ROTOR (CHECK FOR FOREIGN MATTER)
- Remove the front speed sensor and the component with the speed sensor rotor.
for Speed Sensor: Refer to REMOVAL [09/2016 - ]
for Speed Sensor Rotor: Refer to REMOVAL [09/2016 - 07/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [07/2020 - ]
- Check the speed sensor tip and speed sensor rotor.
OK
The sensor tip and rotor are free of scratches, oil, and foreign matter.
NOTE:- If there is oil or foreign matter on the speed sensor, clean the speed sensor and then check the sensor rotor.
- If the speed sensor is damaged, replace the speed sensor with a new one.
- Check the speed sensor signal after cleaning or replacement.

CLEAN OR REPLACE FRONT SPEED SENSOR AND SENSOR ROTOR

- Remove the front speed sensor and the component with the speed sensor rotor.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BRAKE BOOSTER WITH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY - FRONT SPEED SENSOR)
- Make sure that there is no looseness at the locking part and the connecting part of the connectors.
OK
The connector is securely connected.
- Disconnect the A32 skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) connector.
- Disconnect the A63 or A62 front speed sensor connector.
- Check both the connector case and the terminals for deformation and corrosion.
OK
No deformation or corrosion.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
