Either condition is met:
- "Spiral cable (Steering Angle Sensor)" is not displayed on the "CAN Bus Check" screen of the Techstream. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [08/2015 - ]
- Communication system DTCs (DTCs that start with U) that are output correspond to "Steering Angle Sensor Communication Stop Mode" in "DTC Combination Table". Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2015 - ]

- Spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly branch line or connector
- Power source circuit of steering angle sensor
- Spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly (Steering angle sensor) ground circuit
- Spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly (Steering angle sensor)
