DTC C1A47: Steering Angle Sensor [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Check DTCs for the electronically controlled brake system. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - ] .

   OK

   Electronically controlled brake system DTC is not output.

NG → Refer to   4 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Replace the brake booster with master cylinder (skid control ECU). Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] .

NEXT: Go to next step 

1. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
2. Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - ] .
3. Drive the vehicle.
4. Recheck for DTCs.

   OK

   DTC C1A47 is not output.

NG → Refer to   5 

OK → END (BRAKE BOOSTER WITH MASTER CYLINDER WAS DEFECTIVE)
