Audio Receiver Assembly Communication Stop Mode [11/2013 - 10/2015]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY CAN BRANCH WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

(to Radio and Display Receiver Assembly) - Disconnect the radio and display receiver assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G143-9 (CANH) - G143-10 (CANL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω
Result:
NG
REPAIR OR REPLACE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY CAN BRANCH WIRE OR CONNECTOR (CANH, CANL)
Result:
OK

- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.

(to Radio and Display Receiver Assembly)NOTE:When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [12/2012 - 10/2015]
- Disconnect the radio and display receiver assembly connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G141-4 (+B1) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V G143-1 (IG) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V G141-3 (ACC1) - Body ground Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G141-7 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
Result:
OK
