- CUSTOMIZE WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM
HINT:
The following items can be customized.
NOTE:- When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
- Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
- When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
- Customizing with the Techstream
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Wireless Door Lock.
- Select the setting by referring to the table below.
Wireless Door Lock
Tester Display Description Default Setting ECU Wireless Control Function that turns the wireless door lock control system on or off ON 0:OFF, 1:ON Main body ECU (Multiplex network body ECU) Hazard Answer Back When the doors are locked by wireless operation, the hazard warning lights flash once.
When the doors are unlocked by wireless operation, the hazard warning lights flash twice.ON 0:OFF, 1:ON Main body ECU (Multiplex network body ECU) Open Door Warning The buzzer sounds when lock is pressed when any of the doors are ajar. ON 0:OFF, 1:ON Main body ECU (Multiplex network body ECU) Unlock 2 Operation Function that unlocks driver door when unlock switch on door control transmitter assembly is pressed once, and unlocks all doors when pressed twice. If setting is OFF, pressing unlock switch once makes all doors unlock. ON 0:OFF, 1:ON Main body ECU (Multiplex network body ECU) Panic Function Function to operate theft deterrent system by continuously pressing panic switch on door control transmitter assembly for 0.8 seconds ON 0:OFF, 1:ON Main body ECU (Multiplex network body ECU) Auto Lock Time Function that regulates the interval between unlocking and automatic relocking of doors 60 s 00:30 s, 01:60 s, 10:120 s Main body ECU (Multiplex network body ECU) Wireless Auto Lock This function turns the wireless auto lock function on or off. - Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Enter the following menus: Setup / Vehicle / Vehicle settings.
- Select the setting by referring to the table below.
