DTC C1A4A: Skid Control Buzzer Circuit [12/2015 - 11/2017]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream main switch on, and turn the cruise control main switch on.
4. Enter the following menus: Radar Cruise / Utility / Beam Axis Adjustment.
   NOTE:

   Completing beam axis adjustment by pressing "Finish" will cause the learning values to be reset, so be sure to cancel beam axis adjustment by pressing "Exit" immediately after the buzzer sounds.

5. Follow the instructions on the Techstream display, and proceed to the next screen.

   OK

   A buzzer will sound for 1 second.

6. Press "Exit" to cancel beam axis adjustment.

Result: 

NG 

GO TO VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM 

(Refer to Skid Control Buzzer Circuit [12/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to Skid Control Buzzer Circuit [08/2016 - 11/2017] )

Result: 

OK 

See step  2

1. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
2. Clear the DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [12/2015 - 11/2017] ).
3. Check for DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [12/2015 - 11/2017] ).

   OK

   DTC C1A4A is not output.

Result: 

OK 

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK 

(Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [12/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2016 - 11/2017] )

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU 

(Refer to REMOVAL [12/2015 - 11/2017] )
