  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer and confirm the problem.

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [12/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2016 - 11/2017]

      HINT: 

      Interview the customer to confirm the following:

      • History of brake fluid replacement.
      • Whether the engine was stopped intentionally when driving.
      • Whether the brake and accelerator pedals were depressed simultaneously.

  3. CHECK DTC AND FREEZE FRAME DATA* 
    1. Check and record DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.
    2. Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [12/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [08/2016 - 11/2017] 

    3. Reconfirm the DTCs.
      1. Reconfirm the DTCs based on the recorded DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

        Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [12/2015 - 11/2017] 

        Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [12/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [08/2016 - 11/2017]
