Installation [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH 
    1. Apply a light coat of power steering fluid to the O-ring of the power steering oil pressure switch.
      NOTE:

      When reusing the power steering oil pressure switch, inspect the O-ring.

    2. Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, install the power steering oil pressure switch.

      Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

      NOTE:
      • Do not allow foreign matter to contact the O-ring face of the power steering oil pressure switch (surface which contacts the pressure feed tube assembly).
      • Be careful not to damage the O-ring when installing the power steering oil pressure switch.
    3. Connect the connector to the power steering oil pressure switch.
  2. ADD POWER STEERING FLUID 
  3. BLEED POWER STEERING FLUID 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. INSPECT FOR POWER STEERING FLUID LEAK 
  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON UPPER SEAL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 50 [08/2015 - 11/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 50 [11/2017 - ]
