Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor: Inspection: Procedure

  1. INSPECT MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR 
    1. Voltage Inspection
      1. Connect the techstream to the DLC-2.
      2. Switch the ignition ON (engine off).
      3. Verify that the MAP sensor output voltage (PID: MAP) is within the specification.

        Refer to ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST

        Refer to INSPECTION 

        Specification (Reference)

        *a High
        *b Output Voltage
        *c Low
        *d Intake Air Pressure

        If not as specified, replace the MAP sensor/IAT sensor No. 2.

        Refer to REMOVAL
