Oil Control Valve: Installation: Procedure

  1. INSTALL OIL CONTROL VALVE 
    WARNING:
    • A hot engine can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until it is cool before servicing.
    1. Install the OCV.

      *1 OCV installation bolt
      *2 OCV
    2. Install the OCV installation bolt.

      Torque: 9.5 N*m (97 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Install the cylinder head cover.

      Refer to INSTALLATION

    4. Install the ignition coils.

      Refer to INSTALLATION 

    5. Install the plug hole plate.

      Refer to INSTALLATION

    6. Connect the negative battery cable.

      Refer to INSTALLATION
